Elisabetta Catalano
Elisabetta Catalano (1941 - 2015) lived and worked in Rome. As an internationally renowned portrait photographer, she is considered the preeminent witness to artists’ lives, literary characters, entertainment personalities, and more broadly about culture, who have shaped Italy's history from the 1970s to the present day. A series of personal and collective exhibitions document her research and the significance of her work, which is now preserved and curated in the Archive of Rome.
